Bloomberg reports Apple will do that (and encourage developers to do the same) by offering a software interface that’s similar to iPadOS. Apps on the iPhone Fold will offer “iPad-like layouts” with “sidebars along the left edge of the screen,” allowing them to display more information and controls at once.
